1. Introduction & Acceptance

The information you provide when creating an account on 77acn must be completely true, accurate, and up to date. If false or misleading information is provided, 77acn reserves the right to cancel the account and forfeit any associated funds.

3.2 Password & Login Security

Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. If unauthorised access occurs or your password is lost, notify our support team immediately. 77acn will not be held responsible for any loss caused by third-party access.

3.3 Closing an Account

You may request to close your account at any time through our support channels. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on 77acn is ৳300. We currently accept deposits through four mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. When depositing, make sure you are using the correct amount and the correct channel. 77acn will not be responsible for incorrect transactions.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made. Withdrawal requests are processed only through the same method used for the deposit and must match the registered account details.

4.3 Transaction Review

77acn may temporarily hold or request additional verification for any withdrawal in cases of suspicious transactions, unusual activity, or security concerns. This is done to protect the user's funds.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

77acn offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before winnings earned from the bonus become withdrawable.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If bonus system abuse, bonus arbitrage, or improper use of promotional offers is detected, 77acn may cancel the bonus and review the account.

6. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Fair Play Policy
